Ray of Hope Run/Walk 2020 will take place virtually throughout the month of September.
We thank you all for your continued support during these unpredictable times and hope you are all staying safe and healthy. In an effort to follow through with our mission of raising awareness and funds for ovarian cancer and survivors while being mindful of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ray of Hope for Ovarian Cancer Cure will be hosting a virtual 5K run/ 2K walk throughout the month of September. We have chosen the entire month of September due to its significance as Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. All proceeds from the event will be donated to ovarian cancer research at the Women’s Health Research Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Registration
Registration will be open now through September 30th. The cost of registration will be $25 with a race t-shirt or $20 without a t-shirt. Register before August 2nd to receive your race packet and t-shirt in the first week of September. A second t-shirt order will be placed on October 1st for participants who register after August 2nd. To save on expenses in order to donate the maximum amount to ovarian cancer research, race packets will be dropped off at Milwaukee area homes.
